Lloydminster Fish and Game Outdoor Sportsman Show 2010
Dear Exhibitor,
Once again, it is time for the Lloyd show that so many of you wait for. I have again been asked to express the thanks and appreciation of our organization for your continued support year after year, because without good exhibitors, this show would not be possible. Last year’s show was another success with just under 3000 people through the doors and 175 exhibit tables. Our local economy is still very strong and seems to be resisting the deep peril that has hit other areas, it actually seems to be getting stronger and stronger now that October is here. With the increase in advertising costs and hall rental and the need for increased security that we experienced last year, we are going to hold table rental this year to the same as last year. We will also be maintaining our target advertising area to reach out to all possible markets such as Lac la Biche, Meadow Lake, Kindersley and Camrose so hopefully this will increase traffic even more. As always those exhibitors that were here last year will be given priority to reserve tables for this year if they REGISTER AND PAY by Dec 1st 2009. After this date tables will be reserved on a postal mark priority basis. I apologise for the early date this year but I will be gone for the last 2 weeks of Dec and the first week of Jan and I would like to avoid coming back to mass confusion. Your email address is important this year as next year I am not doing a mail out, instead we will try to do it all via email and registration forms will be available online. For those with no email please note this in the return form and I will make special arrangements. This year due to construction there will be no unloading at the large north door but next year we will have a much larger facility with improved unloading.
FRIDAY JANUARY 22.........................setup 2pm to 7pm only
SATURDAY JANUARY 23....................setup 7am resumes
10am to 5pm open to public
SUNDAY JANUARY 24........................10am to 3pm open to public
Table costs....... $50 each (8 foot) if booked AND paid by Dec 1st 2009
$60 each if paid after Dec 1st 2009
