The Ladies Day schedule is as follows:
Friday 9:00 am to 9:30 am - Meet & Greet at the Best Western Wayside Inn
Friday 9:30 am to 11:00 am - Card making class put on by Ladybug
Scrapbooking.
Saturday 11:30 am to 4:00 pm _ This will consist of lunch at 12:00 noon.
Belly dancing to follow lunch. Drum Circle to follow the belly dancing. All
this for $35.00.
As far as the meal tickets, if they have already purchased them for the
Saturday, we would just refund the $17.50 lunch ticket. They would just pay
the $35.00 for the Ladies Day.
Youth Event Ticket $50
Includes luncheon meal, survival demonstration, archery instruction & participation. Event will be held at Lloydminster & District Fish & Game Association Youth Building located 18 km East of Lloydminster. Transportation provided.
The Youth Day will actually be two days, Friday and Saturday. Both Days will
be held out at the Lloydminster & District Fish and Game Youth Building. It
will run from 9:00 am and returning back in Lloyd at 4:00 pm each day. All
participants will be be served lunch at the Youth Building. There will be
three session each day.

When you register for the SWF Annual Convention and pay in full for the three day registration package you will automatically be entered to win a four day fly in trip to Maurice Lake courtesy of Mike’s Oilfield Services Ltd. and the Lloydminster & District Fish and Game Association!

Details:
This is a free draw for all full paid registrants to the 2012 SWF Annual Convention being held in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. They can be a delegate or a member who is attending the convention in full. To eligible for this trip you must pay the full 3 day registration fee. Part fee participants in the convention, will not be eligible. It will be a 4 day fly in trip to Maurice Lake. The lodge is privately owned by Mike Baehl. He is a local L&DFGA member. The lodge has all the conveniences of home with power, water, showers etc. The plane will fly directly out of Lloydminster to the lodge on Maurice Lake. Maurice Lake is located approximately 40 KMs Southwest of Cree Lake, in Northern Saskatchewan. Winner will have to supply their own transportation to and from Lloydminster. Winner must also bring their own tackle and bait. All food for the trip is supplied. (Liquor is not included.) Fish species are lake trout, pike and walleye. There will be 3 or 4 dates to choose from for this trip and that will need to be determined by the winner, by the end of April 2012.
